Join our Talent Acquisition team, to help us deliver our growth plans for 2025 and beyond. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role will support recruitment efforts by managing projects, preparing presentations, facilitating networking opportunities, and ensuring seamless communication across stakeholders. This position is responsible for assisting in the execution of talent acquisition initiatives, coordinating the hiring process, and contributing to employer branding and candidate experience improvements.
- Assist in developing materials for hiring events, and recruitment marketing.
- Support employer branding initiatives through social media, events, and onsite initiatives.
- Assist in creating job postings, recruitment emails and internal hiring announcements.
- Assist in organising career fairs, recruitment events, and internal networking/ talent management.
- Ensure consistent and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
- Support talent acquisition projects, ensuring timely execution and completion.
- Assist in implementing recruitment strategies in alignment with Business Plan.
- Track and report progress of hiring initiatives
- Prepare presentations related to hiring trends, recruitment strategies, and project updates.
- Gather and analyse recruitment data to create reports and insights for stakeholders.
- A degree or equivalent level of education, preferably with Human Resources, Business Administration or Communications is preferred but not required.
- 2 years recruitment experience, HR coordination or project execution preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- A full driving license and the ability to drive a manual vehicle.
