We are seeking a motivated individual with an interest in surveying who is keen to join the Mine Surveying Department providing assistance to the Mine Surveyors with the day to day survey tasks.
- Assist the Mine Survey Department with all day to day survey tasks
- Provide care and maintenance of vehicle and stored equipment used in duties
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the survey equipment
- Monitor and maintain the stocks of all survey consumables
- Comply with site safe work practices and instructions
- Full and current driver licence, ability to drive manual vehicles is essential
- No previous surveying experience required for this role
- Any existing knowledge and understanding of surveying will be an advantage
- Previous time spent on a mine site or in an underground environment will be preferred
