Oversees the day-to-day water operations of the company within the bounds of its rules, regulations, policies and applicable laws with the objective of ensuring the operations of the company’s water production and network assets are in accordance with acceptable industry standards and practices.
- Assign, evaluate and supervise the work of the Water Treatment Operators who are responsible for performing a variety of tasks associated with the operation of the company’s water treatment facilities.
- Supervise the operation and maintenance of water treatment plant requiring complete treatment processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare work schedules, determine water processing requirements, and interpret gauged data. Evaluate and recommend improvement and modifications.
- Assists in the preparation of the annual budget and supervise the expenditures.
- Ensure the compliance to OHS, EMS, and SOP’s including the Code of Conduct and other company policies.
- Performs related work as required.
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Sanitary) or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in construction, mining, or manufacturing
- With at least two (2) years supervisory experience in water management.
- Exposure to Water Treatment Facilities, including chemical reagents utilization.
- With valid LTO Driver’s License.
- Excellent planning, organizing, prioritization capabilities, and budgeting.
- Relevant laws and regulatory guidelines
- Computer proficient.
Roster Schedule of 20 days work on an 11-hour work day and 10 days off.
With attractive package including accommodation if not from Didipio. With free meals onsite and free transportation up to determined point of hire.
