We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Technician-Metallurgy to join our team in Kasibu, Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting metallurgical tests, analyzing data, and supporting quality control processes in our state-of-the-art laboratory.

• Follows established procedures and protocols for metallurgical operations, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Maintains accurate records and documentation of test work, trials, and project activities.
• Responds to inquiries clearly and gives appropriate recommendations.
• Demonstrates empathy in communicating through the use of appropriate language and style.
• Develops and updates records templates based on existing procedures.
• Monitors compliance with document or records tracking procedure for efficient access and retrieval.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and laboratory protocols
• Retrieves records and generates report according to queries that are timely and accurate.
• Operate and maintain metallurgical testing equipment and instruments.

• At least High School graduate and/or holder of relevant certifications in metallurgical testing or TESDA National Certificate (NC)  II and NC III on Defensive Driving.
• Preferably with Professional Driver's license 
• With previous experience in metallurgical testing/laboratory environment or  related field
• Proficiency in operating metallurgical testing equipment and following laboratory procedures
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in a laboratory setting
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
