Job Description

Working in our busy Open Pit maintenance department, which is responsible for ensuring that specialist mining equipment is serviced and maintained, this role provides professional office administration and support to the supervisors.

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing of purchase requisitions, maintaining company invoice files, receipting of goods, contractor invoicing and auditing against the work delivered.
  • Pronto data entry
  • Ensuring company & contractor’s Inductions and health checks are valid.
  • Health & safety and Hazard report maintenance
  • Fleet administration and file maintenance; Purchasing of road user charges (RUCs), distribution of vehicle relicensing (REGO), and maintenance of Fuel Cards.  
  • Maintaining filing systems & data bases to the required standards
  • Monthly reconciliations and invoicing query management
  • Stationary ordering and additional general administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Administration and Computing or similar preferred but not essential
  • Full and current Drivers Licence, competent driving manual vehicles
  • Minimum two years within an office support role
  • Sound word processing and Microsoft Office skills
