In Review
Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application, and should you meet the requirements of the role, we will conduct a phone screen to better understand your qualifications and experience.

Interview
If your experience and expectations meet our vacancy requirements, we will set up an interview(s) with you to meet some of our key team members and relevant stakeholders. This may involve a combination of virtual and in-person interviews

Offer and Checks
After a successful interview, we'll contact you to complete a series of pre-employment checks to verify your application, this may include reference checks, working rights, licence checks, criminal history check and a pre-employment medical (which may include the following: fitness assessment, Audiogram, Spirometry, drug and alcohol). Don't worry, our team will walk you through this step by step! You may be offered the position prior to conducting the pre-employment checks. However, all of our checks must be successfully completed prior to commencing with us.
