The OceanaGold Global Leadership Development Program

Our aspiration is to elevate OceanaGold to be known for exceptional leadership talent in our industry and to unlock maximum performance and growth through our people. 

The Leadership Program is tailored to each leadership level (Supervisor, Superintendent, Manager, Senior Leader) to develop and build capability and skills to successfully lead at the right level.

Developing leaders in the context of their everyday work, and ensuring our systems line up with what leaders are learning to reinforce and reward the leadership we want more of.

Our Leadership Program consists of the following:

Supervisor 101: designed to build foundational leadership capability, grounded in the day-to-day work of a Supervisor and anchored to our Success Ingredients.

Operational Leadership Program: an immersive, hybrid program for Superintendents and Managers. The 12-week program includes an in-person workshop as well as virtual coaching.

Senior Leaders Program: Executive coaching program for our Senior Leadership Team.
