Job Description
OceanaGold is seeking a suitably qualified and reliable Draftsperson for a project based employment to provides engineering support and advice on the planning, design and supervision/monitoring of community infrastructure projects funded by OGPI within the host and adjacent communities of the Didipio operation and exploration communities within the FTAA and will report to the Senior Engineer-Civil.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Ability to create accurate technical drawings using CAD software;
- Ability in utilizing CAD software functionalities relevant to drafting;
- Coordinates timely preparation and submission of documents, budgets, and all necessary information for program/proposal development;
- Actively monitors program implementation and identifies areas for improvement or adjustment;
- The ability to effectively build and manage relationships with various stakeholders, engaging with them in planned and meaningful ways in pursuit of OGPI’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications
Educational Background:
- Graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or any bachelor’s degree majoring in design drafting;
Work Experience and Background:
- 1 year of experience in general drafting, civil/architectural planning and design and construction detailing
- 1 year of exposure in actual construction projects
Specialization/License:
- With a valid Professional Driver’s License
- Specialized in using Autodesk product (AutoCAD, Maya) and 3D Modeling software (SketchUp, Blender, Rhino)
Knowledge:
- Technical and practical skills to undertake role
