Working under the direction of the Senior Advisor – Environmental, you will implement the Environmental Monitoring Program to support the understanding of environmental impacts of the mine and deliver resource consent compliance.
- Carrying out environmental monitoring – water, air, noise, vibration and geochemical sampling
- Undertake routine inspections of covenant areas for stock entry and pest plant invasion.
- Supporting Consultants, Contractors and environmental visitors coming to site.
- Ensure accurate and timely monitoring results are achieved, enabling the wider team to complete compulsory reporting on time and with a high standard of compliance able to be reported.
- Prefer a minimum of a tertiary qualification in Environmental or Earth Sciences, Ecology, Geography, Resource Management or similar
- Full and Current Driver Licence
- Residential role, live and work in the stunning region of Otago, NZ.
