Job Description
OceanaGold Philippines is looking for someone with sharp analytical skills, a passion for precision, and the ambition to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you're ready to elevate your career and contribute to something meaningful, we’d love to meet you. Said position will be for a Fixed 1 Year Maternity Leave Contract.
The role will report to the Senior Financial Accountant
FINANCIAL REPORTING
- Preparing month end reports and schedules
- Balance sheet accounts reconciliations (banks accounts, intercompany).
- Prepares and submit Group Audit schedules.
- Review Exploration records and expenses.
- Maintain and manage the books of accounts.
- Accurately record company transactions.
- Manage record keeping of virtual library and original documents.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
Work Experience and Background:
- With 3 years' experience handling the same position.
- Proven experience on handling reports
- Adopt in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Organized and have strong results-orientation.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Dependable with respect to confidentiality and policies
- Work efficiency as a part of a team and independently.
- Work under pressure and commit to meeting deadlines
