Job Description

Our Exploration Geology team are interested to hear from anyone keen to express their interest in opportunities at Macraes. Whether you are a geology graduate looking for your first exploration role, or an experienced senior seeking their next challenge, express your interest with us today!
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Geological logging
- Geological modelling
- Drill hole planning
- Supervising drilling operations
- Monitoring QA/QC
- Mentoring/ training junior geologists and field technicians
Qualifications
- A degree in Geology is essential. Any honors or postgraduate qualification would be beneficial
- Full and Current class 1 driver licence. Ability to drive manual vehicles is preferred
Experience
- Previous Brownfield Exploration experience well regarded
- Any experience with geological software and databases beneficial
