Seeking a suitably qualified, experienced, and reliable Project Architect (CDF Projects) on a Project-based employment to provide architectural/technical support and advice on the planning, design and supervision/monitoring of community infrastructure projects funded by the Didipio Mine within Nueva Vizcaya and Quirino communities. The role will be based at Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya and will report to the Community Development Fund (CDF) Senior Engineer.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Plans and prepares designs and program of works of community infrastructure
- Provides technical/engineering assistance to community partners for the infrastructure projects
- Initiates the monitoring and evaluation of projects, coordinates and updates progress and collaborate with other teams and partners in addressing project concerns
- Ensures strict implementation of OGPI QA/QC standards and other governing standards e.i. DPWH, National Structural code, National Building Code, AISC, ACI, etc. to community infrastructure projects from start to completion
- Responsible in the technical assessment and evaluation of requirements for the contractor’s accreditation
- Ensures that contractors are following legal requirements, owner specifications and government regulation
- Assists in tendering of projects
- Monitors contractors’ performance
- Ensures timely submission of report data and/or regularly generates technical reports on the status of various community projects
- Responsible in the preparations and organization of all necessary documents, technical or non- technical, needed prior to, during and after the implementation of community projects
- Maintains an up-to-date project database for projects
- Develops strategies to increase social and functional engagement with stakeholders

- Licensed Architect
- With a valid Professional Driver’s License
- With BOSH/COSH/Safety Officer Certification is an advantage
- Must have at least 4 years of experience in infrastructure planning, design and construction work programming
- Must have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in construction projects or experience in construction management
- Efficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Power Point
- Knowledgeable in AUTOCAD, SKETCHUP, and AUTODESK REVIT and LUMION Operation
- Efficient in MS Project
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
