Job Description
Drive the success of IT application projects, including HRIS and HSE programmes, by providing expert leadership, coordinating resources, and maintaining strong relationships with technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors. Ensure smooth delivery through strategic planning and effective collaboration, optimising every stage of the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain key project management artefacts, including schedules, status reports, action/issue/risk logs, and communication plans.
- Identify, manage, and escalate project risks and issues as required, while ensuring scope, resources, deliverables, and timelines are effectively managed.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and vendors, providing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with IT governance and security requirements.
- Support business change management activities, provide systems and business analysis, and build long-term partnerships with stakeholders to drive project success and a constructive workforce culture.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of proven IT project management and delivery experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Experience in HSE or HRIS projects is highly desirable.
- Successful management and coordination of technical IT teams and technology vendors, both locally and internationally.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, risk management, and business & technical change management skills.
- Experience in workshop facilitation, business communications, and change management.
- Project Management certification (e.g., Prince2, Agile, PMBOK, etc.).
