Job Description
Management of IT Projects to ensure successful delivery through structured leadership & coordination of resources. Developing and maintain strong relationships with technical teams, senior management, vendors & other stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end IT (engineering and applications) projects, from evaluation through planning, design, execution, and handover.
- Develop and maintain Project Management artefacts including project schedules, status reports, action/issue/risk logs, communication plans etc.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues and escalate as required.
- Manage project scope, activities, resources, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop project documentation for handover to support.
- Ensure projects meet IT governance and security requirements.
- Regularly report on project status, progress, activities, and risk.
- Support business change management activities to enhance project success.
- Provide systems and business analysis capability to review project design and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / related fields, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Project Management certification i.e. Prince 2, Agile, PMBOK etc
- 5years proven IT project management and delivery, with 3 years in a senior trusted role. ·
- Experience in Engineering, Networking, Infrastructure projects.
