OceanaGold is looking for a qualified and highly motivated PRONTO ERP Systems Analyst to play a pivotal role in supporting all business units with their use of the PRONTO ERP solution. In this dynamic position, you will ensure compliance with company policies and standards while delivering expert-level support and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will empower teams to optimise their use of the PRONTO platform, enhancing operational efficiency across the organisation. Some Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert-level support for our primary ERP, PRONTO, and its integrations across Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Maintenance Management modules.
- Assist in system improvements, including enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
- Produce functional and technical specification documentation and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Follow our Change Management processes, maintain a 3-Tier environment, and utilize ServiceNow effectively.
- Collaborate with IT teams, including Applications, Engineering, and Help Desk.
- Build strong relationships with key business users to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance ERP usage for specific business processes.
- Educate and support key users through training and comprehensive documentation.
- Assist with IT audit processes and lead audit remediation activities.
- Create PRONTO knowledge base materials to expand our resources.
- Provide support for existing solutions, such as REDMAP AP Automation and COGNOS BI Reporting.
- Offer Level 2 support as needed and conduct PRONTO training sessions.
- Manage external vendors for existing solutions.
- Over 5 years of strong experience with PRONTO ERP, specifically in Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Maintenance Management.
- Expert-level knowledge of the PRONTO platform and its Finance, Supply Chain, Project, and Maintenance Management modules.
- Experience with PRONTO 4GL programming.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or a related field.
