Job Description

Please note this is a 12 month fixed-term opportunity.

Our Macraes Health and Safety team are currently on the hunt for a Document Administrator. This position will work to provide customer access to the Electronic Record Document Management system (ERDM), assist in services for our Document Control System (DCS), and manage the process of collecting and recording accurate information to then pass on to customers. Due to the nature of the role, it will be based at the Macraes mine site, Monday - Friday, 7am - 4:30pm daily. 

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Provide support on structuring ERDM and DCS
  • Implement, maintain and continually improve ERDM and DCS
  • Assist site with contractor compliance by functioning as a key Administrator to the Rapid Global system
  • To manage the services that collect, record, present and store information in the ERDM and DCS
  • To focus on auditing information, maintaining quality and providing access to this information
  • To provide clarity on the document management best practice, the records management standards for electronic and paper-based documents/records
  • Schedule meetings with departments and document management 
  • Provide training for the tools and systems
  • Carry out all other duties that may reasonably be required
  • Comply with all safety requirements and observes all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Full and current full drivers licence, ability to drive manuals preferred 
  • Advanced computer skills/experience with Microsoft Office. Sharepoint and TeamBinder experience very beneficial 
  • Previous Health & Safety experience beneficial
