The Didipio mine is located on Luzon Island in the Philippines and is the Company’s only asset that produces both gold and copper. Didipio was built by OceanaGold in 2013 and operates fully as underground mine, with over 800 employees that support the mine.
We’re seeking a confident and experienced Senior Office Administrator to lead the administrative operations of our Makati office. This is a high-impact role supporting senior executives and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office functions.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, executive-facing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support to the People and Culture Manager, President of OGP and General Manager, Chief Financial Officer of OGP and VP Finance Didipio, and the Asset President- Didipio with calendar, meeting, and travel coordination
- Managing procurement, inventory, of office supplies
- Facilitating of incoming and outgoing mails, packages, equipment and supplies
- Managing day-to-day driver routes and schedules
- Planning and executing employee engagement activities and company events
- Handling logistics, messenger services, and vehicle documentation
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience: 5+ years in office administration, supporting senior leadership
- Systems Knowledge: Full understanding of office management systems and procedures
